The reservation process we have established is very simple. After you have entered the dates you would like to stay, you will need to click the "Search" button in order to see what hotels are available on your dates and their rates. You may either click the "Book it" button to begin the reservation process or review hotel descriptions by clicking "More lodging info". After selecting your desired hotel you will need to fill in the blanks on the "Clients Info". Then you will be taken to a page where you should choose the way of payment for your reservation - "I wish to pay for my booking by a credit card" or "I wish to pay for my booking by bank transfer". If you choose payment by a credit card then you will be taken to "Secure Reservation Request" form that you should fill in with your credit card details. After that you receive the confirmation of you reservation within 48 hours by e-mail. If you choose payment by bank transfer then you will receive the activation email. Please click on the activation link in this massage to activate your order. We will send you the confirmation of your reservation within 48 hours as well as the invoice that should be paid by bank transfer. If the hotel room requested by you is not available we will offer the alternative variant at similar cost and standard. Your can reject this alternative variant within 24 hours at no cost to you. The Voucher for check-in at the hotel is sent only upon the payment by bank transfer is received.

The credit card is the key to all online transactions. We require the name, number and expiry date of a valid credit card in order to process your reservations and purchases. The results are evident: you enjoy the benefits of instant online hotel room booking. At all times, your credit card details will be completely safe.

We accept Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard as well as Visa Electron and Maestro/Cirrus emitted by Bank Aval (Kiev, Ukraine).

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?     [ back to top ]

The confirmation of your reservation request is sent to you within 48 hours (2 working days, excluding weekends, national holidays). If the room requested by you is not available at a hotel, then we offer the alternative type of room at the same hotel or a room at another hotel of the similar category. You has a right to reject this offered accommodation within 24 hours at no cost to you.

How do I make changes to my reservations? (dates, names, hotels)?     [ back to top ]

If you wish to change your reservation for another date or another hotel we recommend you at first to make new room reservation for new date or for new hotel and than make cancellation of your previous order. Specific cancel penalties vary by property. Please check the Cancellation Policy under the property's information on the website. See Terms and Conditions.

To cancel a reservation, access the Cancellation section at Kiev-Hotel.com and follow the prompts. Please check the hotel’s cancellation policy regarding refunds of reservation and Terms and Conditions. The policies are clearly detailed and closely followed by our company because of our contractual arrangements with the hotels.

I need more than one room. Can I book two rooms with one reservation?     [ back to top ]

No. Multiple rooms require multiple reservations. When you made one reservation request, then please go to the main page and select another room. You can make as many reservation requests as you need.

What if I need to book several rooms?     [ back to top ]

Ten or more persons arrival and departure at the same day and time are considered as group. Group bookings typically have different rate and availability structures, handling instructions and deposit requirements than non-group reservations. To book a group please click on link Group Reservation and fill-in the form. We will give you our offer according to your requirements.

Can I make a reservation for someone else?     [ back to top ]

If you wish to make reservation for someone else, please simply type his or her name instead of yours as a guest name. Then choose the way of payment - "I wish to pay for my booking by bank transfer". We will send you the confirmation within 48 hours and the invoice that should be paid by bank transfer.

How long will it take to process my request?     [ back to top ]

Your reservation will be confirmed within 48 hours (2 working days, excluding weekends and national holidays).

Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?     [ back to top ]

The rates listed on our site are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly, and you will usually be charged an average of 10% to 50% more.

How can I be sure that my credit card information is secure?     [ back to top ]

We have the utmost respect for your privacy and security. We never divulge any information in our fully encrypted database account to anyone without your consent. Once you enter the reservations system to book a hotel room, you are automatically taken into a secure booking engine that guarantees a safe and smooth transaction. No, we don't provide any extra service so there is no way you are going to pay more money than the price of the accommodation indicated in the web site.

All of our listed rates are per room, NOT per person.

Can I have a visa support for longer term than the duration of my hotel reservation? [ back to top ]

No. We provide the Customer with Visa Support Letter to obtain a tourist visa only for the term of the duration of your hotel reservation. The Visa Support Letter does not guarantee getting a visa at the Ukrainian Consulate.

How will I receive my Visa Support Letter? [ back to top ]

We will send you the Visa Support Letter to the fax number you provide.
