Carpathian hotels
Organizing a ski trip or warm-weather vacation in the Carpathians is not difficult at all, and it does not matter whether you are a foreigner or a Ukrainian citizen. Hotels can be approached both in person and through a travel agency. However, most smaller hotels and inns do not have websites, and booking in advance and advance payment is difficult to arrange. Our website makes this process much easier for you.
All you need to do is browse the options we have presented here in the "hotel booking" section and select one that best suits your needs. If none are in the location you are looking for, feel free to write us using the form at the bottom of the page, and our partners at Discover Ukraine will do their best to arrange an individual hotel booking for you at a suitable hotel in the location you need. We are currently working on adding more hotels to our data base.
Payment and booking confirmation
When you click on the "detailed hotel information" and "price information" links next to each
hotel shown on our site, you will be led to our partner site Kiev-Hotel.com, where all credit card
transactions are made through a secure Internet payment system. After you place your
reservation request you will be sent a reservation confirmation within 48 hours (2 working
days, excluding weekends and Ukrainian national holidays) together with a voucher that you
will need to present with your passport at the reception desk when you arrive at the
hotel. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon confirmation. No additional fees besides the price of accommodations shown on the site will be made. Other, non-automatic hotel bookings from this site are filled by representatives of AdventureCarpathians.com.
Be aware that during the period from Dec. 27 to Jan. 16 there is a great influx of people in the Carpathians, and prices during this holiday season often increase by 50% or so. Our prices are always up-to-date for the period you select in the online booking form.
